Music to my ears.

Two new albums have just been released from two distinctly different bands but both signficantly great to listen to.

The first one was Zeb and Haniya's much awaited album 'Chup'. They also released thier first video. This one is called 'Aitebar' and is hitting the headlines everywhere.

The second one is a brillianltly cool new song by Shehzad Roy who has matured beyond the lovey-dovey songs to a more activism oriented singing personality. This one is called 'Laga reh'

the aitebar song i find pretty boring, although they are both good musicians it doesnt really sound like something new/different, like something with meaning.

laga reh though (although he is a crap musician) is great - even though i wouldnt count too much on the political statements. i wonder where he got his drummer from (or did gumby die his hair blonde now????) -

i dont know if you figured it out yet but the video symbolizes how the woman goes from one relationship to the next..opening closing doors etc. some of the other songs from the album are good. its thier first album, at least they make new music not copying. =)

Shehzad Roy is a nice singer, i like him esp due to his philanthropic ways. so he is a good dude. the guitarist, i have no clue about. gumby would die for so much meat on the body...lol!
